# Reservation Terms and Conditions
Our booking terms and conditions are outlined below. Should you have any further queries or requests ahead of your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • A valid contact number and e-mail address must be provided upon making a booking at any of our restaurants.
  • All restaurant bookings are subject to availability.
  • Guests are asked to arrive at their designated reservation time. Tables will only be held for 15 minutes before being released without further notice.
  • We require a notice at least two hours in advance for cancellation and the total amount of deposit payment will be refunded excluding 2% (bank commission).
  • In case of late cancellation 1 hour before reservation time 25% will be deducted.
  • In case of late cancellation 30 minutes before reservation time 50% will be deducted.
  • In case of late cancellation 15 minutes before reservation time 100% will be deducted.
